The Paramount Pictures Studio Page Program aims to provide talented individuals with the hands-on experience they need to be successful in the entertainment business. This prestigious program serves as an ongoing talent pipeline for Paramount and acts as a stepping stone into a multitude of careers on the business side of the entertainment industry.
The Studio Page Program is a two-year, part-time learning and development experience set on the historic Hollywood lot. Built for early career professionals, the program is designed to help Pages build the skills, experience, and relationships needed to confidently pursue entry-level roles in the entertainment industry with many finding opportunities at Paramount and beyond.
This position is an important role at Paramount as Pages serve as the ambassadors of our company. Pages are responsible for a multitude of roles including leading tours, managing studio audiences for television tapings, supporting on-lot special events and special projects as assigned.
After six months, Pages become eligible for additional administrative assignments across the studio. These assignments vary based on business needs and seasonality but are designed to expand a Page’s exposure and skill set through real-world studio experience
The Paramount Page Program was a game changer for my career. From day one, I was surrounded by driven, supportive people who truly wanted to see each other succeed. A lot of us from the program are still close, and we built friendships that lasted well beyond our time there. That experience helped me land a full-time role with a team just as passionate about entertainment as I am.
Working on the Paramount lot felt surreal, like my inner child was living a dream. Right after graduation, the Page Program gave me direction, connections, and a chance to talk about movies all day with amazing people. I always knew I wanted to work in Special Events, and now I get to help create some of the most exciting moments on the lot. It truly feels like a second family here, and I’m so proud to be part of it.
Being in the Paramount Page Program felt like living on a movie set. I didn’t simply recount stories about the studio and its iconic lot to guests on tour, I stepped into the history and connected with professionals across nearly every department.
