Synopsis

"Whodunnit?" might be grammatically incorrect, but it's a question undercover cop Nick Dunbar must answer to unravel the mysteries surrounding the murder of a high school teacher. Posing as a student, Nick faces the same peer pressures and bureaucratic problems that plagued his real high school years - including some outrageous extracurricular activities. Arliss Howard (Full Metal Jacket) is hilarious as Nick. And Suzy Amis (Fandango), George Wendt (Cheers), Robert Stack and Abe Vigoda are wonderfully weird as the teachers of Stevenson High. Together, they make Plain Clothes a textbook case of comedy and suspense.
